Well, this is so simple really! You just take the chicken, salt it and then rub the mixture of chopped fresh chilli pepper and grated ginger over it. The amounts are up to you really, depens on how spicy you want it. You can also add some chopped garlic to that, it compliments everything very nicely. After the rubbing, you drizzle some honey over the chicken (should be about one tablespoon of honey per piece of chicken), and that's it really-no oil needed or anything. I usually grill things in the oven at about 200-250 degrees. Just keep an eye on it so the skin doesn't get too sooty. ;)
