Ice creams of Greece..
Today i have been craving kaimaki ice cream. There is no such thing as far as i know in Sweden... *sigh* it's the über of ice creams. Such an ommission!

I obviously cannot send you the ice cream itself, but I can publish a very good recipe for you and maybe send you any ingredients you might not be able to find in Sweden, if you 'd like.
That would be awesome darling!I have read your cooking blog and I think it's very well made:) so i would love a good kaimaki recipe! I found masticha here (believe it or not), but i don't know if i need another spice i might not be able to find (machlepi??don't know really). Do post! I should tell you I plan to try your brownie-based black forest.Sounds great!
