Happy Easter to all!

Darlings, have a great easter and make sure you take full advantage of the time off, those who do get any. Remember, food has less calories on big holidays, so forget about any diets and repressions and remember to enjoy the life you're living! I'm off for a few days to enjoy my family and motherland! The spirit of Easter according to swedes

Candy. Now that's what I'm talking about! And us greeks are still hung up on that little Jesus thing, pfft! :D
(Easter egg full of sugary goodness, including a suspiciiously creepy looking foamy white bird thingie, a black and white liquorice skull and a lollipop with a depiction of the 3 cute karamellpojkarna, the candy boys)

A small salad comprising of asparagus, lightly sauteed with olive oil and garlic, thinly sliced tomatoes and rocket. Have I told you I have been going crazy for asparagus lately? Seems like the appropriate time for that.
Layer the ingredients, starting with the tomatoes at the bottom, then the asparagus and top off with the rocket. Dress the salad with salt, olive oil and red balsamico.
